Seymour Point Ice Box Rolls
SEYMOUR POINT, FOURTH LAKE
OLD FORGE, N.Y.
Ice Box Rolls
Pour 2 cups boiling water over
2 heaping tbls. lard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 yeast cakes dissolved
2 eggs beaten
8 cups flour gradually
Stand over night in ice box
Make into rolls & stand 3 hrs.
Half of this recipe makes 30 rolls.
