Adirondack Real Estate for Sale: Rocky Point Camp, Little Moose Lake, $3.5 million

In the same family for over half a century, Rocky Point Camp was constructed in the tradition of the historic Adirondack camps on scenic Little Moose Lake. Rocky Point is an 18.7 acre peninsula extending well into the 700 acre lake, offering unparalleled views, 5100 feet of shoreline and extraordinary privacy due to the non-motorized craft restriction. The Summer Lodge is a showcase of craftsmanship of a bygone era. Constructed of spruce logs cut and milled on site, the 6,100 square foot 3-story lodge features full timbered ceilings, half timbered walls with bead board paneling and hardwood floors. The impressive 60 ft Living Room features 3 distinct sitting areas each with its own brick fireplace and separated by stately spruce pillars. A traditional Foyer adjoins leading to the lakeside wraparound porch. A formal Dining Room with a brick fireplace adjoining fully equipped kitchen, pantry and utility room complete the first level.  Text and Photo Credit: Sothebys International Realty

Yes, it is haunted, but the worst the Grey Lady has done is scare people. This should raise the sales price by another million.

  2. I love waterfront homes because I love to swim. If I have a money, I will buy one if the house you have offered, unfortunately I haven't, but I will suggest that to my cousin because she told me that she want a house in your place.
